41 Whale—This medicine card came up repeatedly as I was working on the painting, holding significance for me. These concepts and realities, wander between—the connected threads we weave, and what feels, underlying. Medicine cards are a beautiful nature spirit deck of cards that a friend gave me around 2012, they offer insight into yourself; "When we reconnect to the animals we reconnect to the earth and to ourselves." I am not Indigenous. However, I deeply appreciate nature consciousness and the integrity this spirituality brings. Humbling and connecting ♡ worth having a deck of your own.
