My artwork is rooted in curiosity about what pulses beneath the surface of our lives. Using mixed media, expressive line, bold colour, and gold, I explore emotion, intention, memory, intuition, connection, and play. Each piece unfolds through listening, experimentation, and trust, allowing meaning to arise. I am drawn to the quiet moments that connect us more deeply to ourselves, one another, and the stories we carry and pass on.

TRYING, 2024

This work came from a place of struggle—the feeling of trying to pull myself forward while carrying the weight of exhaustion, expectation, and responsibility. Threads weave through the piece, suggesting entanglement in the attempt to navigate.

It is an act of noticing what it means to care for myself amid the noise—realizing that endlessly trying to change circumstances can become a form of paralysis.

Along the side is the question:
“How if all my boundaries are trashed?”

A reflection on the necessity of limits, self-respect, and the difficult work of recognizing where my energy begins and ends.
